PAYMENT:  A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for 50% of all room, tax and entree fees must be paid upon booking.  The balance of your charges is required upon check in.

HOTEL ACCESS:  This event is a hotel take-over event.  As such all hotel guests will have full access to the entire hotel and it's amenities.

Should you opt not to stay at Blue Moon, entrance into each event is $25 per person payable at the door.  Entry Fees are Non Refundable

Tickets-Only Attendees are required to leave the hotel at the scheduled end of the event.
